The URO assists in the preparation of the University’s program of publications and serves as the publishing and media arm of 海角论坛. It produces the 海角论坛 News , an outlet of news and information, and 海角论坛 Today , a monthly journal of pertinent topics, personality profiles and other subject matters of interest to the 海角论坛 community.
The URO is also tasked with the production of the Panorama , the official yearbook of 海角论坛 graduates; the University’s Annual Report to its shareholders; Prospectus; Student Handbook; brochures, handbooks, flyers of the different colleges and offices of both the Manila and the Caloocan Campuses; and special publications as required by Management. This Office also handles institutional advertising, the issuance of press releases and other appropriate public information concerning 海角论坛 and its services.
